Shipping Information
We use UPS as our standard carrier for domestic shipping. For international orders, we offer shipping through DHL AND FEDEX with both standard and express options.
Each package is weighed and priced according to carrier standards. However, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee and cover any additional costs.
All packages are insured. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping company first. They will then reach out to us to assist in recovering your shipment or processing a refund. We are not responsible for lost and stolen packages but we will help you recover if proper steps are taken.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes—only residential and commercial addresses are accepted. Orders with a P.O. box in the shipping or delivery address will be automatically be shipped via USPS with longer ship times .

By purchasing from MSXLA, you agree to the following terms:
- Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout, based on the selected shipping method. Please double-check your shipping address, as changes can only be made in certain situations.
- Estimated shipping time frames depend on the selected shipping method and do not account for potential delays caused by vendors, shipping services, or weather disruptions.
Production & Custom Orders
- All MSXLA products are either personalized or exclusively manufactured for our brand.
- Some items may require longer production times than others.
- If you request a custom item, an order will be sent only if approved. Due to high order volumes, some requests may not be granted.
- If you do not receive an order update, you have the option to cancel your request.

Processing Times
We are a company that creates and handcrafts all our EXCLUSIVE one of a kind designs. As each item is handmade, please allow 15- 20 business days for processing prior to shipment unless stated otherwise in the item description.
MSXLA Marketplace items ship immediately.
If there is any delay beyond our control, we do offer compensation. Please feel free to reach out to us via our text lines for updates, and be sure to check your email for shipment notifications.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
Please carefully review the item description for approximate shipment arrival times and specific pre-order details.
- Each pre-order item has a different delivery date. Be sure to thoroughly read the product description before placing your order.
- Pre-ordered items are not eligible for rush or express shipping. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.
- The pre-order timeframe allows for the production of fabric and the construction of your item.

Urgent Orders & Sales/Promotions Policy
If you need an item immediately or by a specific date, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request or inform you if it’s not possible.
Sales & Promotions Policy:
- During sales and promotions, items are non-refundable.
- Non-customizable items are sold as-is and cannot be altered.

REFUND AND RETURNS TERMS
Refund & Returns Terms
- No refunds on sale items.
- No refunds on worn items.
- You have 3 days from the date of delivery to inspect your item and request an exchange.
- No refunds while orders are in transit.
- Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for assistance with your issue.
- If item is damaged please keep and if stock is available we will reship if item is not available we will refund.
- Refunds normally take 1-2 business days.

Why Was My Order Canceled?
Your order may have been canceled for one of the following reasons:
- Fraudulent activity detected.
- Incorrect payment information or address provided.
- Failed attempts to reach you.
- Item may be oversold.
- Shortage of materials
In a case of an oversold items , we will issue a refund along with a 20% credit to repurchase the item when it is restocked, provided as a gift card.

Fraudulent Chargebacks Policy
We do not permit fraudulent chargebacks under any circumstances.
All orders over $50 now require a signature upon delivery. Once you sign for the package, you acknowledge receipt and are responsible for the item.
If you file a chargeback after receiving the package, we will pursue legal action. Yes, this applies to all items, including clothing.

Business Hours & Operating Days
Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (excluding holidays).
Orders and inquiries received outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day.
